Land preparation

In this stage, the soil is worked on to ensure that it has the optimum conditions for the plant to develop. Organic fertilizer is used to improve soil fertility. The beds are then made and the padding is placed where the plant will be planted.

Sowing

In this phase of the process seedling of the best quality is acquired and transplanted to the soil.

Increase

A management is given to the plant that consists in tutoring it by entangling it in threads so that it can sustain and grow upwards. At the same time, water and the nutrients that the plant needs are supplied. All this management will have an impact on the final production, fruit quality and disease control.

Harvest

The harvest is done manually so as not to damage the fruits and guarantee their quality and long shelf life. During the harvest the fruits are treated with care avoiding hurting or hitting them. Later they are placed in different packages as requested by the client. This concludes the production process and the cycle is restarted.
